What is the return and refund policy?
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase!
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 consecutive days of receiving the order and are responsible for return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required - name and order number
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 consecutive days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will assist you accordingly.
Refunds
Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellation or Changes
Orders may be cancelled before shipment; however, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be completed before shipping.
Due to our processing time of 1–10 business days, orders may already be shipped before the cancellation request is reviewed. Please contact us within 24 hours after your order is placed and we will do our best to accommodate.
If the order has already shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Delayed Delivery
If an order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, customers may request cancellation and a full refund in accordance with British Columbia consumer protection laws. Please note that delays on delivery are beyond our control.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes! All custom itens and discounted sales are final sales and will be carefully marked. Please note we are unable to accept returns on these items.
When will I get my order?
Each order is carefully prepared in our small family business. Because our products are made with attention to detail and involve manual work such as assembling, packing, and shipping, we do not operate on a mass-production basis. For this reason, our processing time is up to 10 business days before an order is shipped. We truly appreciate your support and understanding
Where are your products manufactured and what material?
Our products are manufactured locally in Vancouver - BC. We have a cute home studio :)
Our prints are made with premium PLA filaments. PLA (polylactic acid) is a biodegradable bioplastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. It is widely used as a more sustainable alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics, as it has a lower carbon footprint and reduced environmental impact.
How much does shipping cost and delivery times?
Shipping within Canada is charged at a flat rate, and we offer both standard and express shipping options for your convenience.
We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within Canada over $85 CAD.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and will always be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping to the USA is available via USPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 business days. We offer a fixed shipping rate for all U.S. orders, so you always know the cost upfront at checkout.
International shipping is also available at checkout, with shipping rates and delivery times varying depending on your location. You will always be able to see the final shipping cost and estimated delivery time before completing your purchase.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import or processing fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and may occasionally be subject to delays due to circumstances outside of our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
How to take care of my product?
Please keep prints away from heat and direct sunlight, as exposure may warp or damage the filament. When needed, gently remove dust using a soft, small brush.
Important Safety Notice: None of our prints are intended for children. They are not designed for use as children's toys and may contain small parts that can break or come loose. They are not safe for chewing, biting, or placing in the mouth. Please keep out of reach of small children at all times.
